AnnSunArt

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the AnnSunArt webshop.

Products

AnnSunArt offers handmade acrylic art prints and custom photo products. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, placement and finish may occur. These small differences are part of the character of the artwork.

Original paintings displayed on the website are not sold directly through the webshop. Please contact AnnSunArt for availability and price.

Prices and payment

All prices shown in the webshop are in SEK unless otherwise stated. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Delivery

Handmade acrylic prints are normally prepared and dispatched within approximately 10–14 days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery times after dispatch may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Right of withdrawal and returns

For standard acrylic prints purchased online, private consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day after receiving the product.

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, please contact AnnSunArt within the withdrawal period before returning the item.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Acrylic surfaces are delicate. Please handle the artwork carefully and, whenever possible, leave the protective film in place until you have decided to keep the piece.

The artwork should be returned securely packaged. If the product has been scratched, damaged or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction may be made to reflect any reduction in value.

Returned goods should be sent back within 14 days after you have notified AnnSunArt that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Refunds will be made in accordance with applicable consumer law. AnnSunArt may wait to issue the refund until the returned item has been received, or until you have provided proof that it has been sent back.

Damaged or faulty products

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be faulty, please contact AnnSunArt as soon as possible and, where possible, include photographs of the product and packaging.

Under Swedish consumer law, consumers have the right to complain about an original fault for up to three years from the date of purchase. An original fault does not have to be visible immediately when the product is received.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty goods are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.
